  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar (for crust)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed cranberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake 8–10 minutes; let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, orange zest, and juice. Fold in cranberries or swirl lightly.
  4. Pour filling over crust, smooth top, and bake 50–60 minutes until edges set and center jiggles slightly. Cool, then chill at least 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with cranberries, orange slices, or powdered sugar before serving.
