- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar (for crust)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 cup fresh or thawed cranberries (plus extra for garnish)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake 8–10 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, orange zest, and juice. Fold in cranberries or swirl lightly.
- Pour filling over crust, smooth top, and bake 50–60 minutes until edges set and center jiggles slightly. Cool, then chill at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with cranberries, orange slices, or powdered sugar before serving.
