A zesty, creamy, and versatile sauce made with fresh cilantro, garlic, jalapeños, and lime. Perfect for tacos, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, or as a dip. Easy, fresh, and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeds removed if desired
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream/mayonnaise)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water to thin
Instructions
- Wash and prep cilantro, garlic, and jalapeños.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water to adjust consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt, lime, or jalapeño as needed. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 4–5 days; freeze in portions for longer storage.
