- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add pasta, vegetables, and cheese. Gently mix until coated.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving. Stir and adjust seasoning if needed.
