- 2 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
- 2–3 lemon wedges (optional)
- 1/2 cup dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, or favorite)
Instructions
- Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder for extra crispiness.
- Mix dry rub spices and coat wings evenly.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Rest 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
