Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
  • 2 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
  • 23 lemon wedges (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, or favorite)

Instructions

  1. Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder for extra crispiness.
  2. Mix dry rub spices and coat wings evenly.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Rest 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
