Description

A quick and easy crispy egg salad made with tender eggs, crunchy vegetables, toasted breadcrumbs, and optional turkey bacon. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
