Description

  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 3 strips turkey beef, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice potatoes into ¼-inch sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry potatoes in small batches for 3–4 minutes, let rest, then fry again until golden and crispy.
  3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning immediately after frying.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and cheese to create a smooth sauce.
  5. Arrange fries on a plate, pour cheese sauce, drizzle ranch, and sprinkle turkey beef and green onions.
