- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 3 strips turkey beef, cooked & crumbled
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes into ¼-inch sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry potatoes in small batches for 3–4 minutes, let rest, then fry again until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning immediately after frying.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and cheese to create a smooth sauce.
- Arrange fries on a plate, pour cheese sauce, drizzle ranch, and sprinkle turkey beef and green onions.
