  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices chicken bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, onion, bell peppers, garlic, olive oil, and seasonings in the crock pot.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cook on low for 4–6 hours.
  3. Add pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking, stirring gently. Fold in chopped chicken bacon, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Notes
