Description
Tender, juicy chicken wings slow-cooked in buttery buffalo sauce and finished under the broiler for a slightly crisp, flavorful bite. Perfect for family dinners, game days, or meal prep.

- 2 to 2.5 lbs chicken wings (flats and drums)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chicken broth or water
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery, and carrot sticks for serving
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Grease slow cooker lightly, layer wings, pour buffalo sauce over top, and add a splash of broth.
- Cook on LOW for 4.5–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.
- Transfer wings to a baking sheet, brush with sauce, and broil 4–6 minutes until edges brown.
- Serve immediately with dips and veggie sticks.
Notes
- Adjust spice by adding more butter (mild) or cayenne (spicy).
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
