- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Begin by slicing the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Next, prepare your veggies by washing and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onions and bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
- Now it’s time to bring everything together in the crockpot, layering the diced potatoes at the bottom.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Before closing the lid, give everything a gentle stir to ensure even coating.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
