Instructions
- Start by preparing your turkey breast. Pat it dry with paper towels and rub it with olive oil.
- Season the turkey breast liberally with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Layer the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add diced carrots and potatoes around the turkey breast if using.
- Pour the broth carefully into the crockpot, immersing the turkey halfway.
- Cover the crockpot and set to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
- When done, the turkey should be fork-tender; let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of cooking juices.
