This Croissant Breakfast Casserole is fluffy, rich, and easy to prepare. Made with buttery croissants, eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon, it’s perfect for brunch, holidays, or make-ahead breakfasts the whole family will love.

- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish and layer croissant pieces evenly. Add turkey bacon and green onions.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over croissants and let rest 10 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set. Rest before serving.

- Slightly stale croissants work best
- Can be assembled the night before
