Description

This Croissant Breakfast Casserole is fluffy, rich, and easy to prepare. Made with buttery croissants, eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon, it’s perfect for brunch, holidays, or make-ahead breakfasts the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish and layer croissant pieces evenly. Add turkey bacon and green onions.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over croissants and let rest 10 minutes.
  3. Top with cheese and bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set. Rest before serving.

Notes

  • Slightly stale croissants work best
  • Can be assembled the night before
