Description

Dirty Martini Pasta Salad is a creamy, olive-forward pasta salad inspired by the bold flavors of a dirty martini, minus the alcohol. It’s easy to make, perfect for beginners, and even better when made ahead.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz short pasta
  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 3 tablespoons olive brine
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool completely.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive brine until smooth.
  3. Fold in olives, add pasta, and toss until coated.
  4. Chill for at least one hour, stir, and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust olive brine to taste. Refresh leftovers with a spoon of mayonnaise if needed.
