Dirty Martini Pasta Salad is a creamy, olive-forward pasta salad inspired by the bold flavors of a dirty martini, minus the alcohol. It’s easy to make, perfect for beginners, and even better when made ahead.

- 12 oz short pasta
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 3 tablespoons olive brine
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool completely.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive brine until smooth.
- Fold in olives, add pasta, and toss until coated.
- Chill for at least one hour, stir, and serve.
Notes
- Adjust olive brine to taste. Refresh leftovers with a spoon of mayonnaise if needed.
