Description

Bite-sized, crispy chicken poppers filled with melty cheddar cheese and spicy jalapeños. Perfect for snacks, parties, or game nights


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 medium jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, jalapeños, cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings until combined.
  2. Shape into balls, coat in flour, dip in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
