- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix chicken, jalapeños, cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings until combined.
- Shape into balls, coat in flour, dip in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
