Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; stir to make Alfredo sauce.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
