- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; stir to make Alfredo sauce.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
