- 1 lb chicken or turkey sausage, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix crumbled sausage, cheese, Rotel (with juice), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with dipping sauces if desired.
