- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oïl
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned, remove, and set aside. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Return meat to skillet, add soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss in cabbage and carrots. Cook until slightly softened.
- Garnish with green onions, serve hot. Adjust seasoning if needed.
