8 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ground turkey
½ cup chopped spinach
½ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup red onion
¼ cup feta or DF cheese
Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
Avocado oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin tin.
Whisk eggs and almond milk in a bowl.
Fold in all other ingredients.
Pour into muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool completely. Freeze on a tray before storing.

Freezer Tips: Freeze individually, label with date, reheat in microwave for 60 sec.
