  • 2 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • ¼ cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture until just combined.
  4. 4. Press dough evenly into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or large baking sheet, creating a ½-inch thick layer.
  5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
