- 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved if large
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: wash and cut potatoes, cube beef, mince garlic, chop parsley.
- Roast potatoes in olive oil with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden and slightly crisp (15–20 minutes). Sear beef cubes in a hot skillet until browned.
- Lower heat, add butter and garlic, toss beef and potatoes in garlic butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
