Description

Juicy, tender steak bites with crispy garlic butter potatoes make a one-pan dinner that’s fast, flavorful, and family-friendly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or preferred cut), cut into 1-inch bites
  • 1 lb baby potatoes or Yukon gold, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat potatoes dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and crisp, about 10–12 minutes.
  2. Push potatoes aside, melt butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add herbs and optional spices.
  3. Add steak bites, sear 2–3 minutes per side, then toss with potatoes and garlic butter. Finish with lemon juice if desired and serve immediately.
