Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet is an easy, one-pan veggie dish with tender cauliflower, earthy mushrooms, and savory garlic. Perfect as a side or vegetarian main.

- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and cut cauliflower into florets. Slice mushrooms evenly and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil/butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cauliflower 5–7 minutes until lightly golden. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Lower heat and add garlic. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Optional add-ins: onions, bell peppers, spinach, Parmesan, or lemon juice.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 4 days or frozen up to 2 months. Reheat gently.
