Description

Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet is an easy, one-pan veggie dish with tender cauliflower, earthy mushrooms, and savory garlic. Perfect as a side or vegetarian main.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets. Slice mushrooms evenly and mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil/butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cauliflower 5–7 minutes until lightly golden. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Lower heat and add garlic. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Toss with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Optional add-ins: onions, bell peppers, spinach, Parmesan, or lemon juice.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 4 days or frozen up to 2 months. Reheat gently.
