Description

Juicy beef burgers loaded with fresh and roasted garlic, topped with a luscious creamy garlic sauce that garlic lovers will absolutely devour.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6 burger buns
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F for roasting garlic. Slice top off garlic bulb, drizzle with oil, wrap in foil, and roast 35-40 minutes until golden and tender.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced fresh garlic, mashed roasted garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. 3. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties about 3/4 inch thick. Create a shallow dimple in the center of each patty.
  4. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Fold in chopped parsley and refrigerate.
  5. 5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F). Oil grates and place patties on grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness without pressing down.
  6. 6. Toast burger buns cut-side down on grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Spread creamy garlic sauce on bottom bun, add lettuce leaf, cooked patty, tomato slices, and onion rings.
  8. 8. Spread more sauce on top bun, place on burger, and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Store cooked patties separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The creamy garlic sauce keeps for up to 5 days refrigerated. Patties can be frozen for up to 3 months when wrapped individually. Adjust garlic levels according to personal preference.
