- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix beef, cheese, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll dough into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place filling in the center, fold and pinch to seal.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Tips: Avoid overfilling; try cheese variations; serve with dipping sauces.
Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months. Reheat in oven for best results.
