Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Description

Bite-sized, cheesy, garlicky bombs perfect for family dinners, game nights, or snacks. Easy to make with simple ingredients and customizable flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 package biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix beef, cheese, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll dough into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place filling in the center, fold and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Tips: Avoid overfilling; try cheese variations; serve with dipping sauces.

Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months. Reheat in oven for best results.
