This garlic parmesan roasted shrimp recipe delivers a perfect mix of buttery garlic flavor, crispy Parmesan coating, and juicy shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, paprika, and seasonings.

  • Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate 10–15 minutes.

  • Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  • Roast 8–10 minutes until pink, opaque, and slightly golden.

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1 minute at the end.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
