- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, paprika, and seasonings.
Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate 10–15 minutes.
Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast 8–10 minutes until pink, opaque, and slightly golden.
For extra crispiness, broil for 1 minute at the end.
Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
