Description
Crispy, golden sweet potato wedges seasoned with garlic and parmesan, perfect as a side dish, snack, or appetizer. Oven-baked or air-fried for easy, delicious results.
Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp paprika or dried herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash, peel (optional), and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Pat dry.
Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Oven: Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway. Optional broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Air Fryer: Arrange in a single layer and air fry 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve warm, optionally sprinkled with extra parmesan and fresh herbs.
