Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Wedges

Description

Crispy, golden sweet potato wedges seasoned with garlic and parmesan, perfect as a side dish, snack, or appetizer. Oven-baked or air-fried for easy, delicious results.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp paprika or dried herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Wash, peel (optional), and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Pat dry.

  • Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional spices.

  • Oven: Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway. Optional broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
    Air Fryer: Arrange in a single layer and air fry 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

 

  • Serve warm, optionally sprinkled with extra parmesan and fresh herbs.
