Description

A quick and easy garlic sriracha aioli that’s creamy, garlicky, and perfectly spicy. Ideal as a dip, sandwich spread, or drizzle for roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and, optionally, sauté lightly for milder flavor.
  2. Combine garlic with mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Stir in sriracha sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and honey if using.
  5. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  7. Serve as a dip, spread, or sauce for fries, sandwiches, or grilled vegetables.
