Description
A quick and easy garlic sriracha aioli that’s creamy, garlicky, and perfectly spicy. Ideal as a dip, sandwich spread, or drizzle for roasted vegetables.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Mince garlic and, optionally, sauté lightly for milder flavor.
- Combine garlic with mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Stir in sriracha sauce and lemon juice.
- Season with salt, pepper, and honey if using.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate 15–20 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
- Serve as a dip, spread, or sauce for fries, sandwiches, or grilled vegetables.
