Garlic Steak Tortellini

Description

A quick and flavorful dinner with tender steak, cheesy tortellini, and rich garlic cream sauce. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup spinach or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Sear steak in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side; remove and set aside. Sauté garlic in butter for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and add to skillet. Stir in cream and Parmesan.
  3. Return steak to skillet, toss with pasta, and add optional vegetables. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Substitute chicken or shrimp for steak if preferred.
  • Add extra cheese or red pepper flakes for variation.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of cream.
