A quick and flavorful dinner with tender steak, cheesy tortellini, and rich garlic cream sauce. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions.

- 12 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 cup spinach or bell peppers
Instructions
- Sear steak in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side; remove and set aside. Sauté garlic in butter for 1–2 minutes.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and add to skillet. Stir in cream and Parmesan.
- Return steak to skillet, toss with pasta, and add optional vegetables. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Substitute chicken or shrimp for steak if preferred.
- Add extra cheese or red pepper flakes for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of cream.
