Cucumber Lemon Ginger Water with chia seeds is a light and refreshing infused drink that helps with hydration, supports digestion, and may assist with weight loss. It’s perfect to enjoy in the morning or around mealtimes. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and sugar-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2” Fresh Ginger thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Slice the ginger, lemon, and cucumber.
  2. Add the ingredients to a large carafe or pitcher and fill it with water. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours is ideal or let it infuse in the fridge overnight.
