Ingredients
- 1 Large Cucumber thinly sliced
- 2” Fresh Ginger thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds optional
- 8 cups Water
Instructions
- Slice the ginger, lemon, and cucumber.
- Add the ingredients to a large carafe or pitcher and fill it with water. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours is ideal or let it infuse in the fridge overnight.
