Gluten Free Filo Sheets

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white rice flour

  • ½ cup tapioca starch

  • ½ cup potato starch

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¾ cup warm water


Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients.

  • Add oil and water to form soft dough.

  • Knead and rest 30–45 min.

  • Roll thin sheets, layer with oil, and use as needed.

  • Prep Time: 45 mins
