Ingredients
Scale
1 cup white rice flour
½ cup tapioca starch
½ cup potato starch
1 tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup warm water
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil and water to form soft dough.
Knead and rest 30–45 min.
Roll thin sheets, layer with oil, and use as needed.
