Description

Moist, fudgy, and protein-packed brownies made with Greek yogurt for a guilt-free chocolate treat. Easy to bake with pantry staples.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional Mix-Ins: Chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, dried cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Add optional mix-ins.
  3. Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely, cut into squares, and serve.
