- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional Mix-Ins: Chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, dried cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Add optional mix-ins.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
