- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Ingredients: Berries, nuts, whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Fold in melted chocolate gently.
- Spoon mousse into cups, refrigerate 1–2 hours, and serve chilled with optional toppings.
