Description

A creamy, healthy, and indulgent dessert made with Greek yogurt and dark chocolate. Perfect for guilt-free dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Ingredients: Berries, nuts, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Fold in melted chocolate gently.
  3. Spoon mousse into cups, refrigerate 1–2 hours, and serve chilled with optional toppings.
