Healthy Cookie Dough Bark is a soft, chewy, no-bake treat made with wholesome ingredients and customizable mix-ins. Perfect for snacking, parties, or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour or oat flour with salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine nut butter, honey, vanilla, and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Fold dry ingredients into wet until dough forms. Spread half on parchment-lined tray, sprinkle mix-ins, and layer remaining dough on top.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
