Description

Creamy, smooth, and flavorful Alfredo Sauce made with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmesan. Perfect for fettuccine, penne, or any pasta.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  2. Slowly pour in heavy cream and heat until warm. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust consistency with a splash of cream if needed. Serve immediately over pasta.
