  • Author: Angie
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced burger sauce that’s ready in 5 minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Better than any store-bought version.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard.
  2. 2. Drain excess liquid from the sweet pickle relish and add it to the bowl.
  3. 3. Add the white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in color.
  5. 5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Stir well before using and enjoy on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For a spicier version, add hot sauce or cayenne pepper. For a tangier sauce, increase vinegar or use dill pickle relish instead of sweet.
