Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Optional: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Stir tomato paste and beef broth into skillet. Add milk gradually, then fold in cheese. Mix in cooked pasta until creamy. Garnish and serve.
