- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- Optional: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Stir tomato paste and beef broth into skillet. Add milk gradually, then fold in cheese. Mix in cooked pasta until creamy. Garnish and serve.

- Can substitute ground turkey, use gluten-free pasta, or add extra veggies for a healthier twist. Leftovers keep 3 days in the fridge and freeze well up to 1 month.
