Scale
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (for melting the chocolate)

Instructions

  2. Knead gently until smooth, adding more powdered sugar if the dough feels sticky.

  4. Place discs on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil or butter until smooth.
