Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the drumsticks in a zip-top bag or bowl with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the marinated drumsticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the drumsticks for about 40 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the drumsticks with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
