- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400°F.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts.
- Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover the skillet.
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Spread the diced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Check the chicken to ensure it’s cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Plate the dish with chicken on sweet potatoes and drizzle with extra sauce.
Notes
For a healthier meal, consider substituting honey with agave syrup and using lower-sodium soy sauce.
