A quick, sweet-savory shrimp stir fry with crisp vegetables in a sticky honey garlic sauce. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear in 1 tbsp oil 2–3 min per side until pink, then remove.
- In same skillet, stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil 3–4 min. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour over vegetables. Add cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 min until thickened.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss to coat in sauce. Heat 1–2 min, garnish with green onions, and serve over rice or noodles.
