Description

Sweet, spicy, and crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a honey sriracha glaze. Perfect as a side dish or snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet cut-side down. Roast 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Mix honey and sriracha in a bowl.
  5. Toss roasted Brussels sprouts in the glaze until evenly coated.
  6. Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped nuts if desired.
