Description
Sweet, spicy, and crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a honey sriracha glaze. Perfect as a side dish or snack for any occasion.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1–2 teaspoons sriracha, to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet cut-side down. Roast 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Mix honey and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss roasted Brussels sprouts in the glaze until evenly coated.
- Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped nuts if desired.
