Description

Sweet, spicy, and tangy Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls with tender salmon, steamed rice, and crisp vegetables. Quick, healthy, and perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

Salmon & Glaze:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Rice & Vegetables:

  • 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

Garnish & Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp extra honey-sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil to make glaze. Marinate salmon 10 minutes.
  2. Cook salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Prepare rice and lightly steam vegetables.
  4. Assemble bowls: rice base, top with salmon and vegetables. Drizzle extra glaze, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add lime wedge.
