Salmon & Glaze:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Rice & Vegetables:
- 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice, uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
Garnish & Sauce:
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp extra honey-sriracha sauce (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil to make glaze. Marinate salmon 10 minutes.
- Cook salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side.
- Prepare rice and lightly steam vegetables.
- Assemble bowls: rice base, top with salmon and vegetables. Drizzle extra glaze, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add lime wedge.
