Description

Golden honeycomb candy mixed with soft marshmallows creates an easy, fun, and delicious treat for home baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and honey in a saucepan and boil until golden amber. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda; mixture will foam.
  2. Quickly fold in marshmallows and butter until evenly coated. Add vanilla if desired.
  3. Pour into a buttered or parchment-lined pan, press gently, and let cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
