- 4. Add ground beef and ground pork to the bowl. Using your hands or a fork, gently mix just until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing.
- 5. Using a two-tablespoon scoop or measuring cup, portion the mixture. With wet hands, gently roll each portion into a ball.
- 6. Arrange meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
