Description
A spectacular no-bake frozen dessert made with layers of ice cream sandwiches, hot fudge, caramel sauce, whipped topping, and crunchy toppings. Perfect for summer gatherings and celebrations.

- 24 ice cream sandwiches
- 1½ cups hot fudge sauce
- 1½ cups caramel sauce
- 16 oz container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ¾ cup toffee bits
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides.
- 2. Arrange 8 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer at the bottom of the pan.
- 3. Drizzle half the hot fudge sauce over the sandwiches, then add half the caramel sauce.
- 4. Spread half the whipped topping over the sauces, then sprinkle with half the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- 5. Add another layer of 8 ice cream sandwiches perpendicular to the first layer.
- 6. Repeat with remaining hot fudge, caramel, and whipped topping.
- 7. Top with final layer of 8 ice cream sandwiches.
- 8. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips, toffee bits, and optional peanuts on top. Garnish with cherries.
- 9. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 10. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing with a hot knife.
Notes
Store covered in freezer for up to 2 weeks. For clean slices, dip knife in hot water and wipe clean between cuts. Customize with your favorite ice cream sandwich flavors and toppings.
