- 8–16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½–1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2–4 fresh jalapeños, diced
- ½–1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper‑jack cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional topping: ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs + 2 Tbsp melted butter + extra cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, fold in sour cream, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese (reserve some for topping).
- Transfer to greased baking dish. Top with optional panko mixture and extra cheese.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
- Optional no-bake: Chill 1 hour before serving.
Tips & Variations: Adjust spice by removing jalapeño seeds or adding more. Try different cheeses or turkey beef bits for extra flavor.
