Ingredients

  • 816 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 24 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • ½1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper‑jack cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional topping: ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs + 2 Tbsp melted butter + extra cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, fold in sour cream, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese (reserve some for topping).
  3. Transfer to greased baking dish. Top with optional panko mixture and extra cheese.
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
  5. Optional no-bake: Chill 1 hour before serving.
