- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup salami, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, pepperoncini peppers, black olives, diced provolone cheese, and diced salami.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano until well combined.
- 3. Pour the dressing mixture over the salad ingredients and toss thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
- 6. Toss the salad once more before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
