Soft, cheesy Italian Pinwheels filled with tomato sauce, mozzarella, turkey ham, and fresh herbs. Perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchboxes.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 oz turkey ham, sliced thin
- 6–8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar; let foam. Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil; knead 8–10 minutes. Let dough rise 1 hour.
- Roll dough into 12×10-inch rectangle. Spread tomato sauce, cheese, turkey ham, basil, and seasoning. Roll tightly and cut into 1-inch spirals.
- Place on parchment-lined sheet, brush tops with olive oil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
