This Italian Sub Salad brings classic deli flavors into a fresh, easy-to-make salad. It’s packed with crisp vegetables, flavorful meats, and a simple homemade dressing, making it perfect for quick lunches, family dinners, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 6 oz turkey ham or chicken ham
  • 4 oz beef salami or roast turkey
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add lettuce and vegetables to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add meats and cheese, drizzle dressing, and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
