Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded pepper jack cheese, baking mix, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- 3. Mix all ingredients together using your hands until well combined and evenly distributed throughout, being careful not to overmix.
- 4. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- 5. Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
