Ingredients
Scale
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp konjac root powder or 2 tbsp konjac gel
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp yuzu or lemon juice
1 tsp miso paste
½ tsp seaweed powder or soaked wakame
1 cup warm (not boiling) water
Instructions
Mix konjac powder with warm water and let thicken.
Add matcha and miso paste; whisk.
Stir in lemon juice, ginger, and seaweed.
Sip slowly, 30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Optional: Add cayenne or stevia
Drink once or twice daily for best results
