Japanese Mounjaro Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 tbsp konjac root powder or 2 tbsp konjac gel

  • ½ tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp yuzu or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp miso paste

  • ½ tsp seaweed powder or soaked wakame

  • 1 cup warm (not boiling) water


Instructions

  • Mix konjac powder with warm water and let thicken.

  • Add matcha and miso paste; whisk.

  • Stir in lemon juice, ginger, and seaweed.

  • Sip slowly, 30 minutes before meals.

Notes

Optional: Add cayenne or stevia

Drink once or twice daily for best results
